Recently we were part of Vegfest Pilipinas 2017 and collaborated with The Healthy Pinay to show you how to add more color into your meals using the Vitamix and our Spiralizer. She was able to show 5 different recipes in less than 30 minutes showing just how easy it is to makes food preparations when you use a Vitamix. No more excuses when it comes to eating healthy.
Below we show you the recipes that was shared during the Demo at VegFest 2017
It's good to note than you can adjust the recipes accordingly. For the recipes with fruit, you can feel free to use frozen fruit to make it creamier and omit the ice. Simply adjust the liquid depending on your desired consistency.
Procedure: Place all the ingredients in the Vitamix and blend from 1-10 variable, then on HIGH until hot.
Procedure: Place the dragon fruit, mango, ice and swetener of choice into the Vitamix and blend until smooth. Top with desired fruit. Serve and Enjoy.

Procedure: Spiralize the purple cabbage, sugar beet, carrot, and white onion. Shop the bell pepper, and celery. Steam the snap peas. Set aside in a bowl with the lettuce. Place all the sauce ingredients into the Vitamix and blend until smooth. Top on the salad and enjoy!
Procedure: Place all the ingredients into the Vitamix and blend from 1-10, then blend on HIGH while pushing down the ingredients with the tamper. Serve and enjoy!
