No time for breakfast or you need to have breakfast on the road? Or maybe your just want a protein-packed breakfast smoothie? We've got just that!
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup cooked black beans
- 3 Tbs rolled oats
- 1 tsp maca powder
- 1 serving chocolate protein powder
- 2 cups water
- 100g banana (frozen ripe banana is best)
- 1-2 cups ice
Instructions:
- Place the black peans, rolled oats, maca powder, protein powder and water into the Vitamix blender.
- Blend from variable speed 1 to 10 then on high until smooth. Turn off and return to low and variable speed 1 (to prevent it from going too fast when you turn on the blender again)
- Add in the frozen banana and ice.
- Repeat step #2
- Serve and enjoy!
