#VitaKitchen Recipe: Breakfast Protein Smoothie || Vitamix Philippines

 No time for breakfast or you need to have breakfast on the road? Or maybe your just want a protein-packed breakfast smoothie? We've got just that! 


  • 1/4 cup cooked black beans
  • 3 Tbs rolled oats
  • 1 tsp maca powder
  • 1 serving chocolate protein powder
  • 2 cups water
  • 100g banana (frozen ripe banana is best)
  • 1-2 cups ice


  1. Place the black peans, rolled oats, maca powder, protein powder and water into the Vitamix blender.
  2. Blend from variable speed 1 to 10 then on high until smooth. Turn off and return to low and variable speed 1 (to prevent it from going too fast when you turn on the blender again)
  3. Add in the frozen banana and ice.
  4. Repeat step #2
  5. Serve and enjoy!
