Coffee Avocado Smoothie

 Ingredients:

  • 1cup col/chilled coffee
  • 150g frozen banana
  • 1/2 ripe avocado
  • 1-2 Tbs maple syrup
  • 2 cups ice
  • 1/2 cup soy milk

Instructions:

  1. Place all the ingredients into the Vitamix and blend until smooth.
  2. Serve and enjoy!
