Green Peas and White Bean Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 Cup Green Peas
  • 1 Cup White Beans
  • 3/4-1 Cup Water
  • 1/4 Cup Cashews
  • 1/4 Cup Olive Oil
  • 1 Tbs Apple Cider Vinegar or Lemon
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • Pepper to Taste

Instructions:

  1. Place all the ingredients into the Vitamix blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Top on your favorite salad or pasta.
  4. Serve and Enjoy!
