Green Peas and White Bean Sauce
- 1 1/2 Cup Green Peas
- 1 Cup White Beans
- 3/4-1 Cup Water
- 1/4 Cup Cashews
- 1/4 Cup Olive Oil
- 1 Tbs Apple Cider Vinegar or Lemon
- 1 tsp Salt
- Pepper to Taste
- Place all the ingredients into the Vitamix blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Top on your favorite salad or pasta.
- Serve and Enjoy!
