Halo-Halo is a popular filipino dessert, but it isn't exactly the healthiest food. Good think we made our own green smoothie recipe with a bit of a Halo-Halo twist! This recipe is full of whole food goodness, and no processed sugar. This is a cleansing take on a Filipino favorite treat.
Halo-Halo Green Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 100g Banana
- 30g Spinach
- White Beans
- 100g Jackfruit
- 100g Young Coconut
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 Cup Ice
- 1 cup Water
Instructions:
- Place everything in the Vitamix blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Serve and Enjoy!
