Lentil Bell Pepper and Garlic Sauce
- 1 cup cooked lentils
- 1 cup roasted red bell pepper
- 3 whole garlic
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 Tbs nutritional yeast
- 2 tsp paprika
- Place all the ingredients into the Vitamix Blender and blend until smooth.
- Spread on your favorite bread, crackers, dip some chopped veggies, use on pizza, the possibilities are endless!
