Lentil Bell Pepper and Garlic Sauce


  • 1 cup cooked lentils
  • 1 cup roasted red bell pepper
  • 3 whole garlic
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 Tbs nutritional yeast
  • 2 tsp paprika


  1. Place all the ingredients into the Vitamix Blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Spread on your favorite bread, crackers, dip some chopped veggies, use on pizza, the possibilities are endless!
