Mother's Day Smoothie Bowl


  • 2 Ripe Mangoes
  • 300 g Frozen Strawberries or Mixed Berries


  • Fresh Strawberries
  • Chia Seeds
  • Toasted Coconut Flakes
  • Sunflower Seeds
  • Flax Seeds
  • Apple Cutouts


  1. Place the mangoes and strawberries into the Vitamix and blend until smooth.
  2. Place in a bowl, and top with all your preferred toppings.
  3. Serve with lots of love and extra hugs.
