#VitaKitchen Recipe: Nutbutter Smoothie

Looking for a healthy smoothie recipe? Look no further! This is a super simple but nutrient-packed smoothie perfect for any time of the day. This works as a post-workout smoothie as well as a pre-workout smoothie and is perfect for anyone that's lactose intolerant as it's dairy-free! 

Nutbutter Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp Maca Powder
  • 25g Nutbutter of your choice (which you can make in your Vitamix beforehand)
  • 1 Medjool Date (Soak in hot water for 2 minutes for maximum smoothness)
  • 100g Frozen Bananas
  • 2 cups Ice
  • 1/2 cup Soy Milk

Instructions:

  1. Place all the ingredients into your Vitamix blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Serve and Enjoy!
