Here's a great summer recipe to hydrate your body and nourish it at the same time. Simple 3 ingredient smoothie you'll want to make over and over again.

Pineapple and Strawberry Smoothie


  • 200g Pineapple
  • 250g Strawberries
  • 1/4 Cup Coconut sugar
  • 2 1/2 Cup Water or Ice


  1. Place everything in the Vitamix blender and blend until smooth. For best results, freeze the fruit before blending. Serve and enjoy!
