Red Bell Pepper Soup
Ingredients:
- 5 Red Bell Peppers
- 2 Low Sodium Veggie Cubes
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 Cups Water
- 1/4 Cup Cashews
Instructions:
- Place all the ingredients in the Vitamix blender.
- Blend from variable 1-10, then on HIGH until HOT (about 3-5 minutes).
- Serve and enjoy!
