 Red Bell Pepper Soup

Ingredients:

  • 5 Red Bell Peppers
  • 2 Low Sodium Veggie Cubes
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 2 Cups Water
  • 1/4 Cup Cashews 

Instructions:

  1. Place all the ingredients in the Vitamix blender.
  2. Blend from variable 1-10, then on HIGH until HOT (about 3-5 minutes).
  3. Serve and enjoy!
