Quick Tip: Keep the pith or white part of the lemon and orange as it contains so much Vitamin C, and you won't even taste it in the smoothie after it's blended.
Tropical Immunity-Boost Smoothie
- 1/2 Lemon (with pith)
- 1 Navel Orange (with pith)
- 100g Pineapple
- 100g Mango
- 1 Medium Carrot
- 1-2 Cups Water
- 1 Cup Ice (Optional)
- Place all the ingredients in your Vitamix blender.
- Blend from variable speed 1-10, then on high until smooth.
- Pour, serve, enjoy!
